I’m sorry.

I don’t keep up with the meditation scene around the country or around the world. I don’t maintain a list of good places to practice zazen. Apart from the very small number of places I’ve actually visited, I know nothing about who’s doing what in the Zen world. In fact, I can’t say I know a whole lot about most of those places!

The best I could do is to tell you places I have visited to do talks or lead retreats. I don’t generally give lectures or run retreats at places I wouldn’t otherwise practice at. If you look at my Events Page you can find a list of most of the places I’ve done this stuff at since 2009. I can’t guarantee they’re all still just like they were when I visited, but they’re probably mostly OK. 

You can also try Googling “Zen” along with the name of your city and see what comes up.
