Does it mention you by name? No? Then it’s definitely not. The reason I have an FAQ is that a lot of people often ask me the same or very, very similar questions. I do not secretly write articles about specific people, gleefully rubbing my hands together and hoping they see it. If it seems like an article I’ve written is about you, it’s probably because you asked a question that a lot of other people have also asked.
