Many of you have noticed that the site’s security certificate expired some time ago. As much as I’d like to repair that, for a variety of basically historical reasons, I have limited access to the hosting that the Hardcore Zen site runs on, and no actual access to the domain record for hardcorezen.info (making updating the site certificate essentially impossible).
After trying to resolve the situation over a long period of time, Brad and I have made the decision to move the site to both new hosting a new new domain. So, around mid-August, this site will move to hardcorezen.net.
This move should be mostly transparent, and is timed to coincide with Brad’s being away on retreat from August 7 to 14 and unable to access the net. I will need to take the site into “maintenance mode” for several hours to take a backup of the database and put a “permanent redirect” into place on what will then be the “legacy domain”, hardcorezen.info. This means is that when you browse to this domain, you will automagically wind up at the new domain.
